The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the 2013 NBA draft lottery.
It marks the second time in the last three years that the Cavaliers will pick first in the NBA draft. Cleveland selected Kyrie Irving with the No. 1 pick in the 2011 draft.
The Orlando Magic have the No. 2 overall pick, followed by the Washington Wizards.
The Charlotte Bobcats will pick fourth, followed by the Phoenix Suns.
