October Book Challenge

Good morning my beautiful people! I wanted to do an old school series for October’s book challenge, but it was hard to find one that was a decent price and/or had not already been read – since most of you are avid readers. So I found another series. It is urban fiction and all of the books are currently FREE in Kindle version except one. But of course what I suggest doing is putting the priced book on your wish list and checking regularly to see if the price changes as well as getting the free ones now because you know the price will change. The name of the series is Karma by Kenni York. Let’s try to start this series by 10/1. The info is below:

Karma 1: The Beginning…Amazon – FREE in Kindle, $9.00 in paperback; B&N – unavailable in NOOK, $10.00 in paperback; Kobo – unavailable; Google Play Books – unavailable; Apple iBooks – unavailable

Karma 2: This Ain’t What You Want …Amazon – FREE in Kindle, $10.80 in paperback; B&N – unavailable in NOOK, $12.00 in paperback; Kobo – unavailable; Google Play Books – unavailable; Apple iBooks – unavailable

Karma 3: When the S**t Hits The Fan…Amazon – FREE in Kindle, $11.69 in paperback; B&N – unavailable in NOOK, $12.99 in paperback; Kobo – unavailable; Google Play Books – unavailable; Apple iBooks – unavailable

Karma 4: Checkmate…Amazon – $2.99 in Kindle, unavailable in paperback; B&N – unavailable in NOOK or paperback; Kobo – unavailable; Google Play Books – unavailable; Apple iBooks – unavailable

If you have any questions, let me know and Happy reading!

    1. Kenni,

Now I am the one humbled! I read a lot and post reviews on everything, but I am always happy when an author responds to a post. It takes a lot of nerve to write and then share it with the world and for that, I will always have mad respect! Hopefully everyone subscribed to my Facebook page – The Notorious Reader – will have the books before 10/1 and get to read them by the end of the challenge. I will open the discussion here as well as my page.

      Thanks,
      TNR

  1. Hello,
I kinda stumbled on you page my accident but a great accident it is. I just wanted to let you know and please tell me if I’m incorrect. These books are only free if your a Prime subscriber. They are each 1.00 except for the Checkmate.. Do you have a address or may I be added to a list to get all of your recommendations please.

    Thank you

    1. Kimberly,

No, not necessarily. The Amazon Prime membership only allows you to borrow the books for free, not own them, nor does it give you better pricing on the books or any other products for that matter. I am a Prime member, but I only use it for the shipping benefits – which to me is more beneficial – and I have yet to use it for unlimited streaming. I like to own my books because I will always have access to it if something happens to my device.

Also, you can look for me as The Notorious Reader on Facebook and Twitter.

      Thanks for the response
