T-Quest Music Review: Nakiyah

T-Quest Music Review: Nakiyah When you get a message from the Editor in Chief of the magazine you write for; you pay attention. He said he had an artist that he thought I would like. He piqued my interest immediately. Nothing like hearing new music especially if it’s of quality.

When I first heard Nakiyah’s song, “Don’t Wanna”, I was quite delighted. Her nice mellow soft tone caught my attention immediately. Her melody was the perfect match for the beat. What really impressed me was the story telling in the song. Even if I didn’t see the video, I could feel her emotion and can picture the scenario through the words. Having a song many can relate to was the bonus. Nakiyah definitely has something special and I look forward to more from her. Check out her song and video below. Follow her on IG @Nakiyah_K
