PACKERS TURN THINGS AROUND

The start of the third quarter would see the 49ers come out struggling. Their first offensive drive led to a punt and the Packers moved quick to capitalize. First Green Bay would challenge a call on the field that they were short of the gain on third down, which they would win. On the very next play, Love would fumble the ball but the Packers would recover.

Later in the drive, Love would throw an incomplete pass but a pass interference call on the 49ers would move the Pack into the red zone. This would set up a 19 yard touchdown pass from Love to Bo Melton making the score 13-7. The 49ers would answer back with a 39-yard touchdown run from McCaffrey four plays later.

Green Bay would respond within four plays to score off a Love touchdown pass to Tucker Craft, making the score 21-14 after a successful 2-point conversion. The 49ers defense would step up with an interception and after a Jake Moody field goal, the score was 21-17.
