Black Militia bring that Louisiana flavoring in their newest single “For a Bag”. Founded by Lake Charles, LA OG, XO, the group includes his cousin Ace Luciano and Yung CEO. The group is gaining recognition for their style and it’s easy to see why. It’s a combination of street and intelligent lyrics. Their latest video “For a Bag” is gaining views and making fans. One viewer commented it brought him back to the Hot Boyz/Boosie era.

XO had made a name for himself locally and across the south, with collabs with stars like Rick Ross. Boosie BadAzz.. Pusha T and more and after founding his Black Militia, Inc. imprint he created the group. His younger cousin Ace was able to study his moves and make a name for himself before joining. They hit the road and saw how Yung was moving and added him to the mix.
“People might get tired of the same flavor all the time. You can’t just give them Coke. You gotta give them Cherry Coke sometimes, grape Fanta and strawberry Fanta sometimes,” XO explains. “It’s all the same company. I’m just mixing it up, doing a group and give them some different flavors.”
The single is pretty hot and I can see this making noise in clubs across the country soon. I’m looking forward to their album “No Friends” which is supposed to drop soon.
