I want to be a doctor, lawyer, entertainer, or simply just want to make a lot of money. We all dream yet only become true for some. Kudos to the ones who were able to stay focused and turn their dreams into reality. For the ones who may have not, it’s ok.

No one is perfect, we all make mistakes, go through trials, and sometimes have no control over where life may take us. Don’t look at it as missing out but take it as a new experience ready to be explored and appreciated. Live your life, shift and change what you may but don’t allow it to slip away. Covid was a big wake-up call for many people that now everyone is becoming CEOs, starting businesses, and building brands. With everyone doing the same thing; the one thing you don’t want to happen is for you to get lost in the shuffle. Each profession is becoming a dime a dozen to the point you may tend to ask the question “What makes you special?”

THE T-QUEST SHOW: PEARL PEARL: I’ve had the honor of learning about Atlanta native Pearl Pearl through a Dj colleague of mine. He said that Pearl Pearl was an artist that I needed to check out and have on The T-Quest Show. After talking to Pearl; my friend was not wrong. Even though Pearl was introduced to me as a recording artist; I realized he was more than that and respectfully I didn’t want to put him in a box. 


He’s a businessman, someone who works close to the community and a loving father. An unfortunate tragedy struck when his son passed away but he continues to push through to help other young men with his guidance and keeps the music pushing for his son who was also an artist.  Please take the time to listen to our incredible interview below. There’s nothing like finding the right one. Society tried to put us on a timeline of when we’re supposed to date, when we’re supposed to be married & around what age we’re supposed to have children. Forget all of that; it’s too much pressure. Most people end up with someone just because & secretly unhappy.

When you’re patient & allow life to run its course, you never know who may enter your life. You may have to go through a few bad ones but once the right one comes along; that’s all that matters at that moment. Nothing like finally meeting that one who actually understands you. The one that makes you smile a smile you never smiled before. The one that brings peace to your life. 

Whenever this happens, cherish them, appreciate them but remember in order for this to truly work; this special treatment has to go both ways. Teamwork makes the dream work, especially in relationships.

 THE QUEST CHRONICLES: TRUST ISSUES I truly love what I do in this music industry as a Personality, Journalist, Anchor, and more. Blessed enough to have expanded my brand to work with numerous clients to help take themselves, their music, and their brands to the next level. I love to see their faces after seeing the work that I do from them from graphic designs to promotions. I’m in the field that I love, but it’s not easy. 

The beginning process tends to be rough at times because so many of them have been burnt and scammed by others. By the time they come around to professionals like myself; they sometimes are reluctant to work with me. They’re afraid to get played again so I have to convince them I’m not like the others. It’s kind of like relationships. If you’re dealing with someone who’s been hurt before; it may take time to gain their trust. If it’s the right person; it’ll be worth it and if it’s a client you don’t want to get away with; it’ll be worth it as well.

THE QUEST CHRONICLES: I’VE OUTGROWN YOU We can grow up together, go to school together, work together or even do a bid together but that doesn’t mean we’re meant to be in each other’s lives forever. Some people believe that since we spent all this time together; we’re stuck with each other. That’s not true. To a certain degree, you don’t owe anyone anything.

 As we grow older, we start to have different interests, we start to experience other things and now we’re not on the same wave link. Friends outgrew each other and that’s ok. You can be a go-getter and they can be a couch potato; that doesn’t mix so don’t try to make it just because of the years invested. 

In relationships, you’ve been stagnant & stale for years that you feel like you should continue to be together even though you’re unhappy. That’s unhealthy and not fair to your heart. Time to evaluate some things that may hurt feelings but will be better for you in the future. Thank me later.

THE QUEST CHRONICLES: INTIMIDATION As you grow older and wiser; life starts to change but if you pay attention it’s actually the people. As you elevate & increase, some may praise you while others will envy you. Your peers will be envious of you because they either feel you don’t deserve what’s happening to you or they wish they had your life, opportunities, and attention. 

It’s sad that people are intimidated instead of naturally connecting with you; which can actually help them grow. That’s insecurity within themselves that they’ll have to deal with. Just keep in mind that in most cases, this is a compliment and I encourage you to continue doing what you’re doing, work hard, and make the haters uncomfortable because it’s not your fault they’re intimated. Continue to shine and be great.

 As for the ones on the other side, please get your life together. We’re too old for this childish nonsense. Work on the inner you so the outer you can shine more.
